Second Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Metris NV on December 16, 2008
REGULATED INFORMATION
Leuven, November 21st 2008 – The Board of Directors of Metris NV has decided to convene for a second extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which amongst others will decide on the merger between Metris NV and IPR NV, a 100% subsidiary company, and on the renewal of the authorized capital.
As the Extraordinary General Meeting convened on Friday November 21, 2008 has not reached the required attendance quorum of 50% of the capital and, as a consequence, was not able to validly deliberate and decide, this second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is convened, that shall be able to validly deliberate and decide regarding the agenda, regardless of the number of shareholders present or represented.
This extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place on Tuesday 16 December 2008 at 10:00AM, in Heverlee (Belgium), Geldenaaksebaan 329.
