The XC50 Cross Scanner is a revolutionary new solution for feature measurement. The Cross Scanner is a patented high-speed, multi-stripe laser sensor that enables more efficient scanning of features such as holes, slots and gap & step that are typically inspected in automotive applications.

The XC50-LS is a cross scanner with long stand-off distance for CMM-based feature inspection and reverse engineering.

The LC50 is industry wide recognized as the benchmark CMM laser scanner. This all-purpose, high speed laser scanner  picks up 19200 real1 points every second. The LC50 probe is mounted on a Renishaw PH10M and transforming the 3-axis mechanical CMM into a 5 axis optical digitizing device.

Due to the smaller field of view, the LC15 guarantees the accuracy and point density needed for small and detailed parts with tight tolerances such as turbine blades, mobile phone, etc.
